Rotania ships professional audio equipment across India and internationally, including to GCC countries and Africa. Shipping terms, costs, and timelines vary based on order size, destination, and agreed-upon terms with your account manager.

International shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.) are agreed upon individually with each client. All applicable customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement.

4. Packaging

All products are professionally packaged using high-quality materials designed to protect equipment during transit. Speakers and amplifiers include reinforced cartons, foam inserts, and protective wrapping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp. For bulk orders, your account manager will provide regular updates on shipment status.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive damaged goods or your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange replacement where applicable.
